When are you open?
Our hours are:
Tuesday to Thursday 12pm – 8pm
Friday – Saturday 12pm – 8:30pm
Sunday 12pm – 8pm
Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Is there parking around your restaurant?
Parking is available behind the restaurant. There are also private parking lots nearby.
How do I place an order for pick up?
You can choose to order for pick-up in person, by phone at 905-425-1885, via our Website.

You may contact our restaurant and speak to our staff or manager with any issue you may experience; or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be more than happy to answer them.

Do you take reservations?
We only accept a reservation by phone at 905-425-1885.
Is there a time limit for a reservation?
We have a 90-minute limit once you are seated. However, we do not usually enforce the policy unless the table is required for an upcoming reservation.
Is automatic gratuity applied to large parties?
For parties of 6 or more people, we will automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill.
How spicy is your food?
We offer five levels of spiciness;
Level 1 – Very Mild
Level 2 – Mild
Level 3 – Medium Spicy
Level 4 – Spicy
Level 5 – Thai Spicy
Do you have any vegan options?
We offer some vegan options. Please check on our vegan menu!
Do you have any gluten-free options?
We have gluten-free options. Please ask your server for suggestions!
Is the restaurant liquor licensed?
We are not licensed. However, we do have soft-drinks, tea and Thai iced tea.
Do you sell gift cards?
We have gift cards available at Bangrak.
